Head of Technology & Product Solutioning
Job Summary:
The Head of Technology & Product Solutioning is responsible for leading and managing the technology product solutioning team within a company. The role involves overseeing the development and delivery of technology solutions that meet the needs of customers, and managing the team responsible for creating and implementing those solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology product strategies: The Head of Technology & Product Solutioning is responsible for developing and implementing technology product strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead the technology product solutioning team: This role involves managing a team of technology product solutioning professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that team members are working effectively and efficiently.
- Manage the technology product development lifecycle: The Head of Technology & Product Solutioning oversees the entire technology product development lifecycle, from idea conception to product launch.
- Collaborate with other departments: This role involves working closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure that the technology products meet customer needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends: The Head of Technology & Product Solutioningis responsible for staying up-to-date with technology trends, identifying new opportunities for product development and improving existing products.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology product solutioning, preferably in a leadership role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Team Lead, Data Management
Plan, manage and provide guidance to team member during the process of interpreting sets of data and transform them into useful information to improvise the overall status of an entity. This includes the collection of information from different reliable sources and interpret that information based on patterns and trends. Then display it as informative visual. In short, it involves the entire Extraction > Transform > Load (ETL) processes.
Job Responsibility
- This includes the following responsibilities:
- Collect and interpret data.
- Analyze the result based on data obtained.
- Reporting the result(s) to important stakeholders.
- Identify patterns and trends.
- Work closely with team members to provide the business needs.
- Define new data collection processes – when needed.
- Remove corrupted data / rubbish data (cleansing).
- Prepare and produce a report based on analysis.
- Manage the project plans and documentation, and execution of implementation to enable the project to be implemented and developed towards a clear set of defined deliverables and milestones for single or multi-projects.This includes providing regular updates to management on the progress of the respective project(s).
- Manage and provide guidance to team members to prepare documentation for data requirements, data collection / processing / cleaning, and exploratory data analysis; which may include statistical models/algorithms and data visualization techniques.

The Senior Executive, Strategic Planning is responsible for providing support to the strategic planning team in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. The Senior Executive will be involved in all aspects of the strategic planning process, including research, data analysis, project management, and reporting. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibility
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of strategic initiatives
- Participate in the development of strategic plans and initiatives, including project management and tracking
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives

Application Developer
We are looking for an Application Developer to manage the project plans and documentation; creating, developing and maintaining systems and applications; and reviewing codes, web designs, algorithms and data structures in order to maintain the competitiveness of Smart Selangor products (systems and applications).
Application Developer Responsibility
- Manage the project plans and documentation, and execution of implementation to enable the project to be implemented towards a clear set of defined deliverables and milestones.
- Assist in creating, developing and maintaining systems and applications (including mobile applications).
- Review codes, web designs, algorithms and data structures of Smart Selangor products and able to provide feedback for necessary improvement or modifications.
- Provide regular updates to team lead and management on the progress of solutions development.
- Work closely with the project team (external & internal) throughout the development and delivery of solutions to ensure successful implementation, providing input and business requirements.
- Work closely with project team members (including cross-functional team members – when needed) to ensure business-as-usual and achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and/or Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Keep abreast of market development to gain knowledge and understanding of relevant domains and industries to maintain the competitiveness of Smart Selangor products either through formal training or on-the-job training or desktop research or seminar.
Application Developer Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Software Engineering or Software Application Development or Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent is required.

- Degree Holder and above: Minimum of 2 years of combined working experience in project implementation and operations.

Executive, Operations Helpdesk & ICT Support
We are looking for an Operations Helpdesk & ICT Support Executive to perform project operations helpdesk and support activities for Smart Selangor products (such as CCTV, SSOC, CEPat, SSP, SmartSelangor website and etc.) and internal SSDU ICT support services to ensure business-as-usual within the cost allocated and KPI.
Job Responsibility
- Perform project operations helpdesk and support activities for Smart Selangor products and internal SSDU ICT support services to ensure business-as-usual within the cost allocated. This includes:
- i. Manage helpdesk incident / request log tickets in timely manner;
- ii. Respond to external and internal customer (SSDU staff for ICT support) incident / request via phone or email or on-site (when needed);
- iii. Provide Level 1 assistance on the Smart Selangor products related incident and/or request;
- iv. Provide Level 1 & 2 assistance for internal SSDU ICT related incident and/or request
- v. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Level 1 and/or Level 2 technical hardware and/or network and/or systems / applications related incident;
- vi. Redirect unresolved incident(s) to the next Level Tier and follow-up progress;
- vii. Keep record for each incident and/or request and resolution;
- viii. Monitor uptime and availability of Smart Selangor products;
- ix. Provide needed information on Smart Selangor products and internal SSDU ICT services;
- x. Execute reports and analyzing common incidents; and provide recommendation for future improvement.
- Work closely with the project team (external & internal) to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of project operations helpdesk and support activities.
- Work closely with the project team (external & internal) to recommend updates and improvise Smart Selangor products frequently asked questions (FAQs), user manual and procedures.
- Provide regular updates to team lead and management on the incident logged progress; and provide recommendation(s) for necessary improvement.
- Work closely with team members (including cross-functional team members – when needed) to ensure business-as-usual and achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and/or Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or Software Engineering or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of combined working experience in project implementation and/or any operations helpdesk and/or ICT support and/or any front-liner services.
