Job Summary:
As the Director of Strategy and Corporate Services, you will hold a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction, overseeing key departments, and ensuring seamless collaboration among department heads. Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities encompass strategic leadership, resource management, and fostering synergy among Head of Departments (HODs) in the respective Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, and Finance departments.

- Formulate and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Development & Operation Engineer (Devops Engineer)
Job Summary:
Implement, manage, and monitor continuous delivery systems and methodologies on any hyperscale cloud provider(s) and on-premises environment to ensure successful implementation, providing required input and providing detail technical specifications according to respective Smart Selangor initiative(s), conduct focus group discussion (“FGD”) during Discovery Phase and perform technologies evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, manage, and monitor continuous delivery systems and methodologies on any hyperscale cloud providers and on-premises environment. This includes modern development and operations process, security control, governance processes and compliance validation.
- Design (architecting), building, implement and deploy (commissioning) infrastructure-as-code. This includes Hyperscale cloud to support Development &Operation (“DevOps”), Templates and CI/CD pipelines to build and deploy applications on virtual server, serverless applications and container-based applications and Monitor, define metrics and log systems.
- Conduct FGD during Discovery Phase to obtain the problem statement, user journey, user persona, key success measurement criteria, potential solution, product specifications, etc. and produce FGD Document. Then conduct hand-over session to Project Delivery team according to FGD Document.
- Review overall codes, web designs, algorithms, and data structures of Smart Selangor products. Hence, able to provide feedback for necessary improvement or modifications accordingly.
- Keep abreast of market development to gain knowledge and understanding of relevant domains and industries to maintain the competitiveness of Smart Selangor products either through formal training or on-the-job training or desktop research or seminar.
- Evaluate and provide recommendation on technologies and
- solutions available in market according to Smart Selangor and Rancangan Selangor Pertama (“RS1”) needs. This includes providing detail documentation for al technologies and solutions finding.
- Work closely with project team members (including cross- functional team members when needed) to ensure business-as-usual and achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KP|”) and/or Service Level Agreement (“SLA”).
- To complete other duties and tasks assigned at the discretion of management.
Qualification and Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field of study.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in designing and implementing cloud environment, network infrastructure and server infrastructure.
- Fresh graduates with strong willing to learn and good fundamental in cloud environment, network infrastructure and server infrastructure are encouraged to apply.
